Guidelines for filling up the application form.

Before proceeding to fill up the application form online, candidates are advised
to keep the Demand Draft(If applicable) obtained from any of the scheduled banks,
particulars of educational qualifications, caste certificate details, ex-serviceman
particulars, and other relevant personal information ready in hand, before logging
on to the website for submission of the application online, as these details are
required to be entered in the online application.

All the candidates should have their own individual email addresses
|

Without the above details system will not accept the application
form.
|
|

|
Copy of same uploaded photograph is to be pasted in printout of application as well
as in admit card, which would be sent in due course.
|
|
5.
|
Educational qualification for UDC is Graduation & for MTS is Matriculation.
|
|
6.
|
Age as on 8th Feb 2012 for UDC is 27 years and for MTS is 25 years. For detailed
advertisement to vist ESIC website “www.esicmaharashtra.gov.in” under link “Recruitment
of UDC/MTS(2012)”.

Candidates are requested to take the printout of the applicaton after registration.
